Age Policy

 Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive any waxing services at our establishment. We do not provide these services to individuals under the age of 18, even with parental consent.

A deposit is required to make an appointment. Should you need to make changes, we kindly request that any cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Requests made 24 hours before or within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not permitted. In such cases, you will need to schedule a new appointment and submit a new deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the above policy. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect the time and commitment of both clients and service providers.
